On March 14, 2019, our first subsidiary Lion Airlines was founded. Lion Airlines sees itself as a Scottish airline based in Edinburgh (EDI). The name and logo are derived from the official coat of arms of today's and already historic Kingdom of Scotland, which shows a lion on a golden background. Further hubs are planned in Glasgow-Prestwick and Glasgow International.

The second subsidiary Polaris Airlines was founded on February 3rd, 2020. Polaris Airlines sees itself as a Russian airline based in Saint Petersburg (LED). In the long term, further hubs are planned in Russia, including in Moscow (Domodedovo), Sochi and Novosibirsk.
